We started IndoorGrowGuide after discovering how simple and rewarding indoor hydroponics really is — and how little genuinely useful UK-focused information existed online. Most guides assume you already know what you’re doing. We don’t.

Why hydroponics?

Growing herbs and salad hydroponically costs a fraction of supermarket prices, produces better tasting food, and requires no garden, no soil, and surprisingly little time. A basil plant that costs £1.50 at Tesco and lasts three days can be grown hydroponically for pennies and harvested continuously for months.

What we cover
